The Ambleside 50K is a trail race through some of the most spectacular scenery the Lake District has to offer.

The next event date is to be confirmed.

Starting from Rothay Park in Ambleside, the course runs up and over Loughrigg towards Skelwith Bridge then heads towards Coniston, Little Langdale and Grasmere before returning to Ambleside.

As well as the 50km distance, there is also a shorter course Ambleside 25K event.
