The Beacons to the Blacks is a trail running challenge that includes a 50 mile and 32 mile Ultra Marathon, Marathon and Half Marathon distances.

The Ultras and Marathon start at Llangynidr in the beautiful Brecon Beacons and finish deep in the heart of the Black Mountains. Participants will be transported to the start from the Race HQ and finish line, Perth y Pia Outdoor Activity Centre, in Llanbedr. These are self-navigation events, so exceptional knowledge of how to use a map and a compass is compulsory. Participants will receive waterproof maps and Trackers. Checkpoints will be well stocked with food and water.

The Half Marathon starts at Llanbedr Hall and are on well marked courses in the Black Mountains, finishing at Perth y Pia.

This is a cup free event - you will need to bring a reusable cup.
