The Birmingham Triathlon on 11 July 2026 is held at the fabulous Commonwealth Games venue of Sutton Park.

The event offers a lake swim in Powell's Pool, a closed to traffic bike course within the park and a rural run through heathland and ancient woodland.

Distances include a Fun/Super Sprint, Sprint and Olympic. The Sprint and Olympic distances can be completed as a relay in a team of 2-3 members.

All finishers receive a medal.

Super Sprint/Fun: 200m + 10K + 2.5K
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K - solo/relay
Olympic: 1500m + 40K + 10K - solo/relay
