The Calderdale Hike at Sowerby Bridge is on 11 April 2026 with 16, 24 and 35 mile routes, open to both runners and walkers.

Set in the beautiful high Pennine valleys of Calderdale, the routes run over tracks across the surrounding moors with stunning views of the area with some steep ascents and descents. As some of the terrain is harsh, the organising committee recommend that navigation skills are required, especially if the weather is inclement.

This annual event raises money for 24th St Paul's Scouts and the work they do with local young people.
