The Cardiff Triathlon & Duathlon on 22 June 2025 has Legend (70.3), Standard, Sprint and Super-Sprint Triathlons and a Sprint Distance Duathlon.

Located in Cardiff Bay, this triathlon is one of the most unforgettable city races on the triathlon race calendar. Start with a freshwater swim in the world famous bay, followed by a fantastic, fast cycle route along completely closed roads. It's then rounded off with a spectacular run along the Cardiff Bay barrage. As well as the triathlon events, there is also a duathlon (run, bike, run) held on the same day.

The event village and transition is on Roald Dahl Plass in front of the Wales Millennium Centre.
