The Dartmouth Regatta Road Race on 30 August 2025 is a 4.5 mile road race held as part of the annual Dartmouth Royal Regatta festivities.

Due to road damage the race route has been modified from previous years. The course starts and finishes at Britannia Royal Naval College Main Gate. It will go through Dartmouth town, up Newcomen road and back using Above town road. Victoria Road all the way up to the top gate of the Naval College and through the college grounds. Gravel tracks and short sections on grass will be used within the College.

The event is hosted by the Dartmouth Amateur Athletics Club.
