The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is back over the weekend from 29 to 30 May 2027 with a range of distances for all abilities.

The kids' distances, 5km and 10km events are on Saturday, based at Holyrood Park.

The Marathon and Half Marathons are held on Sunday, starting at Potterrow and finishing at Musselburgh. The routes are flat and fast and take in some of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks as well as offering picturesque views along the East Lothian coastline.
