The Erias Triathlon & Duathlon on 6 April 2025 replaces the popular Harlech Triathlon & Duathlon, due to the closure of the Harlech pool.

The Sprint distance Triathlon and Duathlon will be held in stunning Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay. Entrants swim in the fantastic Colwyn Leisure Centre pool, followed by a scenic closed road bike route along the promenade, and culminating in a 5km run that finishes with a lap of the athletics track in Stadium CSM.

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Sprint: 2.4K + 17.2K + 5K
