The Harting 10 on 3 August 2025 is a challenging multi-terrain 10 mile race in beautiful countryside in and around the South Downs National Park.

The terrain includes private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways and footpaths. The scenic route runs up to the top of the Downs, gently down towards Compton, along towards Chalton, up to Ditcham Park School, along part of the South Downs Way and back down to South Harting to finish on the sports field.

The event is organised by the Liss Runners.

Race HQ is at the sports field just to the West of South Harting. The race start is ~5 minutes walk away. Refer to the event website for course maps.
