Saturday, 19 July 2025
Portscatho/Portloe to Mevagissey, Saint Austell, UK
Hokey Cokey Roseland is a SwimRun challenge in Cornwall on 19 July 2025, following a point to point course run in pairs.
The long course includes 10 swims totalling around 8km, plus 28km of tough coastal path running. The shorter course totals about 25km of swim-running, starting at Portloe and finishing at Mevagissey.
There is also relay option where teams of two or three compete across the original Roseland Course which is split up into three distinct legs. Portscatho to Portloe, Portloe to Gorran and Gorran to Mevagissey. It will be the team's responsibility to be at the checkpoints to hand over to the next participant.
Run, walk, crawl and swim your way along this stunning course, but remember to breath in your surroundings and look back at where you have come from, for a sense of achievement.
