The race starts and finishes at "Old Leo's" Rugby Club. The course is an undulating trail route covering approximately 7 miles of woods and parkland in Adel Woods, Scotland Woods and Meanwood Park. You will run under one of the famous "Seven Arches", past the ‘Slabbering Baby’ and through the dark spooky tunnel under the Leeds Outer Ring Road.

Trail or fell shoes strongly recommended.
