The P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10K Run is an annual charity fun run held in Bilton, East Yorkshire on 5 April 2026.

The 10km course is a single loop, undulating route starting at the Bilton Village Hall. It heads towards Gangstead, going north towards Swine and looping around Swine and back to the finish line in Bilton.

Funds raised help individuals and families get the community support and guidance they need after brain injury.
