The Red Warrior Challenge Obstacle Course Races are held at beautiful Pembrey Country Park, Carmarthenshire.

Prepare to get wet, muddy and have fun. Races include an Elite 10km, individual 5km & 10km (for solo runners or teams of 3) and kids races.
The adult races are all chip timed.
