The Redbridge Back Yard Ultra (RBYU) is a winter London-based Backyard Ultra endurance race.

A Backyard Ultra is a form of ultramarathon race where competitors must consecutively run a 6.71km / 4.17 mile course in less than one hour, every hour. When each lap is completed, the remaining time within the hour is used to recover and replenish for the next hour's race. The race finishes when one person completes one more lap than anyone else.

The route terrain is undulating tarmac cycle track, it will be signed with arrows and barrier tape.
