The Swimrun Gower event on 20 June 2026 is set along the stunning coast of the Gower Peninsula.

Choose from 3 distances 11.7km, 20.7km and 41km. The races are on point-to-point courses where entrants are taken to the race start and run the coastal path and swim across bays until the finish line in Mumbles.

Races can be entered solo or as part of a team of 2. Teams must stay together at all times and must remain less than 10 metres apart.

Full water safety, medical cover, nutrition and hydration are provided.

Sprint: Total 11.7K
1.6K Swimming + 10.1K Running

Gritty: Total 20.7K
2.5K Swimming + 18.2K Running

Full: Total 41K
5.7K Swimming + 35.3K Running
