The Terry Fox Run UK in Edinburgh on 20 September 2026 is a free, non-competitive family fun run which supports cancer research at The Institute of Cancer Research, London.

The course is a 5km route at Middle Meadow Walk. Runners, walkers and bikers are welcome.

No official results are recorded as participation, community spirit and fundraising are the goals. The only race is against cancer.

Participants are encouraged to pre-register online, however, you can also register at the site on the morning of the run.
