Thames Ring 250

The Thames Ring Series from 21 to 25 April 2027 includes the iconic Thames Ring 250 mile trail race based from Streatley-on-Thames.
The course follows an anti-clockwise loop East along the Thames, up the Grand Union Canal and back to the Thames via the Oxford canal. The route is relatively flat and almost entirely on canal and riverside paths. Terrain is mainly rural towpaths and footpaths, with some stretches of urban areas.
Runners have 100 hours (4 days 4 hours) to complete the run, navigating using maps, gpx files and being supported by checkpoints every 25 miles or so.
As well as the full distance, there is also a 150 mile and 100 mile option.
