The Intertidal on 15 August 2026 is an off-road, point-to-point 24.7km run from Gorey to St Aubin's in Jersey.

The varied terrain course takes place across Jersey's coastline, linking six different landmarks. Set in the small window of time when the usually submerged surface is exposed, it makes for a challenging but rewarding run.

Expect mixed surfaces, shifting conditions and to be exposed to wind, spray, rain, sun, uneven surfaces, and variable footing.
