The Treforest 10K in Pontypridd, Wales returns on 24 May 2026 on a officially measured, 10km mixed terrain course.
The course is an undulating out and back scenic route that takes in part of the Taff trail towards Nantgarw.
The event is organised by the Pontypridd Roadents AC. Entries are open to all affiliated and non-affiliated runners.
