The UK Ultra South Downs 200 Mile Race on 14 July 2028 is a continuous trail event traversing the National Park from East to West, and back again.

Starting and finishing at East Dean, Eastbourne, the course is a big loop on a variety of different trails mainly the Monarchs Way and South Downs Way. Terrain is 95% trail, 1% tarmac.

Entrants have 100 hours to complete the event whilst tackling rolling hills, forest trails, steep climbs and 22,000ft of elevation.

This is a fully supported event with a marked route, 12 aid stations, and amazing volunteers
