The Wales Ultra Trail (WAUT) Classic from 3 to 5 July 2026 is a 75 mile trail ultra on the beautiful coastal paths on Pen Llŷn.

The race begins at midnight on the coastal horn of Wales, high above the sea on Mynydd Mawr. From there, 75 miles of coastal path, rugged trail, and wild, open land await with the journey ending at Tŷ Newydd Café & Bar, Uwchmynydd.

As well as the Classic distance, there is also the WAUT Coastal Rush 50km ultra marathon which starts at Abererch Beach near Pwllheli, and takes you you along the stunning southern coastal patch of the Llŷn Peninsula.
