The Winter Wirral Ultra on 14 November 2026 is a 36 mile Ultra Marathon on a largely flat, mixed terrain course in Cheshire.

The 2026 course is a circular route starting and finishing at Hooton Memorial Hall at the end of the Wirral Way. The well sign-posted route follows the Wirral Circular Trail in an anticlockwise direction, and takes in the beauty of the Wirral peninsula coast before following the Wirral Way for the final 12 miles.

This event is partially self-navigated with 5 checkpoints along the route.

It is suitable for both road and trail runners, and the 12 hour cutoff means it's also suitable for walkers.
