The Cardiff Triathlon on Sunday, 28 June 2020 has Olympic, Sprint and Super Sprint distance triathlons and includes ITU Qualifiers. New for 2020 is a sprint duathlon.

Located in Cardiff Bay, this triathlon is one of the most unforgettable city races on the triathlon race calendar. You'll be part of an elite group who have swum in the world famous bay, followed by a fantastic, fast cycle route along completely closed roads. It's then rounded off with a spectacular run along the Cardiff Bay barrage.

The event village and transition is on Roald Dahl Plass in front of the Wales Millennium Centre.

Super Sprint: 400m + 10km + 2.5km
Sprint: 750m + 20km + 5km
Olympic: 1.5km + 40km + 10km

Duathlon:
2km Run + 20km Bike + 5km Run
