The Chiltern Ridge 50K Winter edition on 31 October 2026 takes runners around a stunning loop from Berkhamsted, featuring large sections along The Ridgeway.

Starting and finishing from Berkhamsted Cricket Club, the route follows a classic set of trails in the heart of the Chilterns with plenty of great views and woodland trails.

This route is considered slightly easier than the original Chiltern Ridge 50K Spring Edition with less elevation overall, but ground conditions are likely to soft and muddy.
