Bradenham, High Wycombe, UK
The Bradenham Blast trail runs on 20 September 2026 include a 5km, 10km and Half Marathon in Buckinghamshire.
Run through tranquil beech woodland, along rugged trails with outstanding views of the Chiltern countryside. Hosted in the UK’s only arable nature reserve with an abundance of stunning wild flowers, this is a friendly race for runners of all abilities.
The 21.1km run is a fast start blasting across Bradenham Village before a lung-busting climb up onto Naphill Common. A lovely section of open woodland follows before a fast and firm trail back into the village. The routes then re-join the 10km route with a final couple of hills to finish before dropping back down to the finish line.
The epic 10km course is on a scenic route around the Bradenham Estate, with 4 climbs and a sweeping final 3km which is all downhill. The 5km route winds up the hill before a steep plunge into quiet woodlands. A final climb awaits before traversing through the top of the woods and a 1.5km descent down a track to the finish.
