The Charm Bracelet Marathon & Half Marathon on 12 April 2026 are off-road trail running events along the Cleveland Way on the UK's North East Coast.

Both distances are point-to-point routes, starting from Redcar Beach.

The 26.2 mile Marathon course heads south from Redcar following the King Charles III England Coast Path and finishes in the beautiful fishing town of Whitby. The route passes the ‘Circle’ sculpture in between miles 7 and 8. Affectionately known as The Charm Bracelet, its name inspired the marathon.

The 14.35 mile Half Marathon includes all the beauty of the Charm Bracelet and the first half of the marathon route, finishing in the historic village of Staithes. The cut off time for the Half Marathon course is 5 hours so the event is also suitable for quick walkers.
