The Colchester 10K on 10 May 2026 takes place on a flat, fast, scenic and accurately measured course in Colchester, Essex.

The race starts just outside the Garrison Running track and is run around a circular route finishing with a final sprint alongside the Garrison track and an 80m grass finish. Only a small portion of the route is run along the road, with the remainder along footpaths.

It is fully marshalled, with km markers and water stations.
