King's Lynn, Norfolk, UK
The Bespak Grand East Anglia Run 10K (GEAR 10K) on 3 May 2026 is a 10km road race in the picturesque setting of King's Lynn, a historic Norfolk market town.
This is a flat, scenic route that takes in the pretty town centre, River Ouse pathway and The Walks. Runners also pass famous landmarks such as the Custom House, Red Mount and Greyfriars Tower along the way.
The 10km can be run solo or in a team as part of the Gear 10K Team Challenge - The race runs alongside the main event, but rather than competing as individuals, your challenge is to work collectively to cross the line in the quickest combined time.
Supporting distances include the Mini GEAR, a 1.9km event open to children (6 years+) and adults of all abilities. Children aged under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
