The Giant's Causeway Coast Marathon events on 11 September 2027 is one of Ireland’s premier off-road trail running events.

Distances include a 64km Ultra Trail Marathon, Marathon and Half Marathon on courses that explore the stunning North Coast of Northern Ireland, including the iconic Giant’s Causeway and surrounding headlands.

Event HQ and finish line is located in the quiet sea side village of Portballintrae. The event features rugged coastal paths, cliffs, beaches, and forest trails, providing a scenic and challenging out-and-back experience for runners of all abilities,

Terrain includes rocks, gravel and sand to mud, grass and seaweed.
