Saturday, 23 May 2026
Filey to Helmsley, Yorkshire, UK
The Hardmoors 110 on 23 May 2026 is a 110 mile trail ultra from Filey to Helmsley in Yorkshire.
The point-to-point route follows the dramatic Cleveland Way National Trail encircling the North York Moors and the Cleveland Heritage coastline. It visits the seaside resort of Scarborough, the old smuggling town of Robin Hood’s Bay, Dracula’s Whitby, Staithes, Runswick Bay and Saltburn, before passing through the beautiful Cleveland Hills and the North York Moors before finishing in the market town of Helmsley.
Competitors have 36 hours to complete the 110 miles. The event can be run as a relay in teams of 2-4 runners. It is up to the team to decide how far each team member runs, but one team member must check in at each checkpoint.
This is a cup-free event - bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race.
