The Hospice Half Marathon in Jersey returns on 21 March 2027.

Starting from the Hospice West Shop in St Ouen, the relatively flat 21.1km route initially takes runners out west of the island, towards Grosnez, before heading back at Les Landes Common and returning back to the start. The course then continues through St Mary and St John.

At Rue du Bel Vent, runners begin their descent to the finish line set in the beautiful grounds of Jersey Hospice Care, Mont Cochon in St Helier.

The race is open to individuals or a 2 - 4 person relay.
