The Kendal Mountain Trail Runs on 21 November 2026 is a trail running adventure in the stunning Lake District.

Choose from a 10km, 25km or 50km Ultramarathon distance.

The 50km takes a scenic undulating route over the fells, circumnavigating Kendal and its surrounds. It passes local landmarks and geological features, including limestone escarpments, castles, a deer park and river trails.

The 10km route takes runners across tarmac, fells, fields and cobbled streets with lots of great ascents, green vistas and some hard-packed and grassy trails. The new 25km course combines elements of both courses.
