The Langdale Christmas Pudding 10K on 12 December 2026 takes runners through the beautiful Great Langdale Valley in the Lake District.

The start line is at the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel, followed by 5km of running to Elterwater village. The course then loops through the Langdale Hotel Estate, before returning to the New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel.

This has become a popular event to start the festive season with many entrants dressed in festive costumes. Every finisher gets a Christmas Pudding.

This event is now organised by Lakeland Roads.
