The Lone Wolf Manchester edition from 27 to 28 February 2027 is a last one standing endurance trail running event set in Heaton Park.

Runners take on a 6.7km loop every hour, on the hour, up to the final runner has finished or 24 hours which ever is sooner.. Finish the loop within 60 minutes to continue. If you complete a loop with time to spare, you can use that time to refuel, rest, or recharge for the next lap.

On the 24th lap, it's a race to the finish, and only one participant will claim victory as the Lone Wolf Champion.

The course is undulating forest track terrain.
