The Macclesfield Running Festival on 26 October 2025 includes a 5km, 10km or Half Marathon, starting and finishing in the historic town of Macclesfield.

The routes follow a professionally marked and measured single loop from Macclesfield Leisure Centre’s athletics track, taking in the sights of the town and the surrounding countryside roads. 5km entrants complete 1 lap, 10km run 2 laps and the Half Marathon is 4 laps with an additional out and back section.

Previously known as the ‘Run Macc Fest’, it is hosted in collaboration with Macclesfield Harriers.
