The Middlesbrough 10K sees thousands of people running through the heart of Teesside.
The route is flat and fast, set against the backdrop of the town's iconic landmarks. You’ll pass the Riverside Stadium, cheered on by the passionate Boro Red Army and a traffic-free course.
