The Mud Monsters Run on 17 May 2026 is an award-winning, fun, mud and obstacle race in West Sussex.

Choose from a 7km or 14km distance, or the 3.5km Mini Monster lap for newbies and anyone who fancies a taster of the course.

Be taken on an amazing fun journey across muddy fields, through woods, washing off in water sections, navigating through mud craters, laughing your way through muddy bogs, with plenty of obstacles and many more muddy surprises along the way.
