The Nuclear Mud Tribe Race in Brentwood, Essex on 4 September 2027 is a fun and relaxed 5K event, suitable for all abilities.

The 5km route features 17 approachable obstacles, which are completely optional, so you can choose whether or not to take them on. Expect mud, foam, and laughs as you navigate the course.

Entrants are free to run or walk the distance, making this event perfect for all fitness levels.

Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

There is also a 1.5km family wave and the Mud Tribe Sisters women's team wave.
