Nuclear Rush OCR Races

The Nuclear Rush weekend in Brentwood, Essex from 10 to 11 May 2025 offers a variety of Obstacle Races for all levels, including the Oblivion Extreme endurance OCR challenge.
On both days, adults can choose from a chip-timed 6km (40+ obstacles) or 12km (70+ obstacles) distance over a muddy farmland course. Attempt as many obstacles as you like.
Kids (Rookies) can test their skills on a specially designed 1.5km course filled with around 20 kid-sized obstacles while running in woods, on paths & open fields. Those 4-8 years of age complete one lap of the 1.5km course (accompanied by an adult). 9-14 year olds complete the 1.5km lap twice (3km).
On Sunday there is also a 4km Family wave for those 10 years +. There must be one member in the group who is 18+ years.
For those looking for an endurance OCR challenge, Sunday includes the Oblivion Extreme where competitors complete as many laps of the 12km course as they can in 8 hours - this has the potential for up to 60K with 350+ obstacles.
