The Nuclear Rush OCR Races are in Brentwood, Essex across the weekend 8 to 9 May 2027.
This event is designed for both seasoned racers and adventurous newcomers alike, with the course taking entrants through muddy farmland, woodlands and lakes with world-class obstacles.
Options include a chip-timed 6km with 40+ obstacles (13 years+), or the 12km distance with 70+ obstacles (16 years+). You can attempt as many or as few obstacles as you like.
There are also Family and Kid friendly events held on a specially designed 1.5km course filled with around 20 kid-sized obstacles while running in woods, on paths & open fields.

(4 - 14 yrs): 1.5K with 25+ obstacles
(9 - 14 yrs): 3K with 50+ obstacles
Family:
(4 yrs+) 1.5K with 25+ obstacles
(10 yrs+): 4K with 35+ obstacles
Adult:
(13 years+): 6K with 40+ obstacles
(16 years+): 12K with 70+ obstacles
