The Pembrokeshire Coastal Races from 5 to 7 June 2026 is a trail and ultra running festival following the Pembrokeshire and Wales Coast Path.
There are 4 race distances to choose from; 100 miles, 50 miles, 31 miles and 22 miles. All have different starting points and finish in the small harbour village of Dale, Milford Haven.
The 100 mile ultra-marathon starts in St Dogmaels, Cardigan; the 50 mile at Porthgain, the 31 mile (50km) in St David's and the 22 mile trail race in Newgale. Entrants are transported by bus from race HQ at Dale Hill Farm Campsite by their start line.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path (PCP) is a designated national trail along what is widely regarded as the most breath taking coastline in Britain, the path encompasses rugged cliff tops, sheltered coves, wide-open beaches and winding estuaries.
This is a self-navigation event on well marked, well maintained paths. Entrants are provided with a marked map and detailed route explanations. There will be a number of manned checkpoints with refreshments provided.
