Pink Moon Trail Half Marathon
Saturday, 4 April 2026
Sutton Scarsdale, Chesterfield, UK
The Pink Moon Trail Half Marathon in Derbyshire on 4 April 2026 is a women's only event that takes place as the sun sets and welcomes the rise of the moon.
The event heralds the rising of The Pink Moon (the name given to the full moon in April).
The course is a challenging scenic out and back route along trails over high open ground and through woodlands. Starting from Sutton Scarsdale, the 13.1 mile course runs through Sutton Spring Wood, climbs to the Five Pits Trail, then undulates before reaching the turning loop (and aid station).
The race is raising funds for the local Women's Aid charity, The Elm Foundation.
