The Rat Race Coast to Coast from 13 to 14 September 2025 is a multisport adventure race where participants run, ride and kayak 100 miles in the Scottish Highlands.

This breathtaking route takes in some of the most mysterious and wild locations in Scotland, past the historic Cawdor Castle, the legendary Loch Ness and the mountainous Glen Nevis and Glen Coe.

Experience all the beauty and brilliance that Scotland has to offer in this epic journey over one day or two. The two day option stop over is at Invergarry.

Successful finishing times on the One Day challenge range from 8 hours in calm conditions to 14 hours in heavy weather.
