Run Prestwood on 10 May 2026 is an annual event that has taken place in the charming village of Prestwood, Buckinghamshire since 1993.

Set in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, the event features a 10km chip-timed race where runners test their speed and endurance on a scenic, rural course. There is also a 5km fun run, a relaxed run or walk for all the family.

For the kids, there is also a 1km children's colour run - Walk, run or dance while getting showered in bursts of vibrant coloured powder.

All profits from the race go to the Chilterns Neuro Centre, a local therapy and support centre for people living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's and stroke survivors.
