The Stour Valley Path 100K & 50K on 8 August 2026 take runners on outstanding English trails through Constable Country.

The Stour Valley Path is a 100km (62 mile) long footpath in England, which starts in Newmarket (Suffolk) and ends in Cattawade, a village near Manningtree (Essex).

The 100km starts in Newmarket, covering almost the entire length of this well marked trail, and is one of the longest point to point races in East Anglia. The route is undulating and is primarily off-road and unpaved (approximately 5% paved, 95% trail).

The 50km starts from Sudbury. The finish point for both distances is Brantham Leisure Centre, Brantham.
