The Hardwick Hobble Summer event on 13 June 2026 includes a 6-hour running challenge set in the grounds of Hardwick Hall, Derbyshire.

Runners have 6 hours to complete as many loops of the 6.03km course as they can. The route is a moderately hilly circular running route, mostly off-road. Sunday's run is on the same route, but in a reverse direction.

Complete 4 laps and you have run a half marathon, 7 laps, a full marathon and 8 laps or more will be classed as an Ultra.

You may attempt to complete as many laps as possible over the full 6 hours, or you can choose to finish just one, either way, you will be a finisher and receive a bespoke medal.
