The Madness of Agnes from 11 to 12 September 2026 is a 24 Hour running event set on the most South Western island in the UK, St Agnes.

Entrants will run as many 5km loops of the St Agnes coastal path as they can, or want to, in 24 hours. Some of the coast path is technical, while other bits are a bit simpler though the elevation gain is very friendly.

This can be done solo or in a team of up to 6. Teams can change the order of runners as often as they like but only one runner can be on the course at a time.

Walk, run, rest or non-stop, this is a choose your own adventure.
