The Town to Trail on 23 August 2026 is anmixed terrain 8 mile beginner level trail run based in Bournemouth.
The course follows a looped route starting by Bournemouth Square then heading out to the wide paths and trails of Meyrick Park and beyond. It is gentle and beginner-friendly with only 81 metres of total elevation gain.
