The UK Ultra South Downs event on 23 May 2026 includes 4 races through the iconic South Downs National Park in the South East of England.

Distances include: 100K, 50K, 20 miles and the Seven Sisters Half Marathon.

The 100km Ultra is a single loop race around the trails of East Sussex, starting and finishing in the seaside town of Eastbourne. Runners will begin over Beachy Head and the famous Seven Sisters before continuing on along some of the best trail running the U.K has to offer. The views are spectacular, and the course is a combination of grass trails, farm tracks and woodland paths.

The 50km Ultra is a point-to-point trail race from Falmer to Eastbourne mainly along the South Downs Way.

The 20 mile distance and Half Marathon are on single loop courses both starting/finishing in Eastbourne.

All routes are fully marked with regular, well stocked aid stations.
