Ultra X Scotland from 1 to 2 May 2027 is a trail running weekend in the Scottish Highlands with distances ranging from 16km to 100 miles.

Based in the Heart of the Scottish Highlands, the courses take runners on stunning Loch Ness trails.

The Loch Ness Monster 100 miler starts in Inverness, the 110km, 50km, 25km and 16km ‘Dash’ start in Dores, and the 60km in Fort Augustus.

Checkpoints are stationed approximately 10km apart where competitors can access water, snacks, shelter, and if necessary, medical support.

The 110km can be run as a single stage race, or as a multi-stage race across Saturday and Sunday.
